Hi, I’m Catherine — a mortgage broker with a background in IT analysis and a big passion for property. I love combining data-driven thinking with real-world property experience to help my clients make confident, well-informed decisions.
As a property investor myself, I’ve bought and sold multiple properties across Sydney, so I understand firsthand how exciting — and sometimes overwhelming — the journey can be. That’s why I take the time to explain things clearly, stay responsive, and make the whole process as smooth as possible.

Ashok Pandian – Mortgage Broker Assistant
Hi, I’m Ashok, and I work as a Mortgage Broker Assistant here at Tiger Mortgage. I support our brokers by making sure every loan application is accurate, well-prepared, and runs smoothly from start to finish — all the way from submission through to settlement.
Before joining Tiger Mortgage, I worked for four years as a Loan Processing Officer at State Bank of India, one of the world’s largest banks. I also spent two years with Tata Consultancy Services on the Bank of America project, which gave me great exposure to international banking systems and processes.
I’ve built a solid understanding of Australian mortgage products, lender policies, and compliance standards. Thanks to my experience across both Indian and Australian financial institutions, I bring a well-rounded and detail-oriented approach to every loan I handle.
What I love most about my role is being part of a client’s journey — whether it’s buying their first home or expanding their property portfolio. I’m passionate about making the lending process as smooth and stress-free as possible.
Outside of work, you’ll usually find me with a thriller novel in hand, enjoying the outdoors, or diving into history and artifacts — things that keep my curiosity alive.
