Before launching Tiger Mortgage, Raymond spent six years working inside one of the big four banks—first as a personal banker, then a home finance manager. That came after starting his career at PwC, earning his CPA and building a solid understanding of accounting, finance and business structures.
Seeing the gaps.
But it didn’t take long to see the cracks in the system. Clients passed between multiple bankers, locked into bank opening hours and held back by rigid processes. There was little room for creative solutions—especially for clients with complex structures who needed flexibility, not more red tape.
Lending, rebuilt around you.
So in 2021, Raymond launched Tiger Mortgage—a place where clients could get tailored finance solutions, clear answers and one point of contact who sees the whole picture. No more handoffs. No more guesswork. Just honest advice from someone who understands how banks operate and what borrowers truly need.
